The Tiwaz rune (ᛏ) marks the app icon, the menu bar glyph, and the whole visual identity.
In Norse mythology, Tyr sacrificed something of real value for the greater good — a fitting mark for an app about tracking what you're spending to get something back. It also fits a naming convention already running through the rest of the homelab this app grew out of.
The architecture is deliberate too: a measured spike compared native SwiftUI against a Tauri build before committing — native won on every axis that matters for a menu bar utility (idle memory, launch time, binary size, Keychain access, Dark Mode), so that's what got built.
